Refund policy
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are returning an item please inform us on the email below asap items must be returned within the 10 day period as stated - after this we are No longer liable to accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, You’ll also need your proof of receipt.
Once we receive your package back if we find the item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
As a service to our customers, Melia Boutique would like to point out that we CANNOT take responsibility for items once washed and washed & wore.
All types of Jewellery & accessories cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
While we accept online returns in store -

We recommend all returns are sent recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
We do not accept liability for any returned good lost or damaged in the post.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items as these sales are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If Approved you will receive a full refund minus postage paid.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
