Parcels can be posted 1st class with Royal Mail or Express Delivery with Royal Mail.
1st class is a 1-3 day service whilst Express is a 1-2 day service. We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. During peak busy times please all 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.
Standard shipping costs £4.95 first class, £5.95 express covered and ROI postage is €12
Melia Boutique Will not take responsibility for items after postage ie broken/faulty on arrival or lost/not received once proof of postage has been shown on our behalf.
We at Melia Boutique take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, but please check items carefully upon delivery for any damages/faults and return them to us within the above returns period for a refund, store credit or a repair. All items returned as "faulty" will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. If possible please take a picture of the fault upon delivery and email it to us. All manufactures have provided us with assurance that the items they are producing have been tested for difference in an item that is faulty to one that has faults due to wear-and-tear. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 28days for them to do so. It is our discretion as to whether or not we will accept a faulty item.
